General Policy
All orders placed on ultimart.lk are non-refundable. Therefore, we encourage you to carefully read each product description and review all details before placing your order.
Damaged or Faulty Product / Incorrect Item Received
If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.
Send us a photo of the affected item, along with a brief description, your order number, and name as on the invoice to ultimartlk@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at +94 777205963.
Once we review and approve your claim, we will replace the item free of charge, including shipping costs.
In cases where a replacement isn’t available, we may offer an alternative solution or refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unopened, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Our Customer Service team will provide instructions within 1 working day after you contact us.
Customer-Initiated Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or incorrect delivery, you may do so at your own expense.
In this case, you will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item to us.
Returned items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
Please contact us first for approval and return instructions.
Missing Item in Order
If an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it.
Include photos of the received items and the invoice, along with your order number and name as per the invoice.
We will promptly arrange a replacement or refund for the missing item.
